Search Craft celebrates over a decade of supporting small to medium sized businesses with their digital acquisition strategies. Have since collaborated with many brands internationally on a part-time or project basis to improve online engagement and returns, through data-driven and customer-centric marketing strategies.

Prior to 2020, the events industry was growing strong, adding new event locations yearly, as well as a big shift in investment from traditional to digital media; with social media platforms developing.​

 

The pandemic and social distancing measures impacted a lot of event companies as well as team resources. The events industry slowly picked up again by autumn 2022, and only really starting to see improvements to the events industry from 2024.​

B2C industries continue to see a slower growth curve due to consumers financial economical factors, whilst B2B industries are growing as businesses try to develop and recover from the impact.
